• Account Data: Business name, contact person, email address, physical billing address, and phone number provided during subscription onboarding.

We use collected data strictly to deliver automated virtual services, route service requests to clients via SMS, provide transactional confirmations to callers, troubleshoot system bugs, and process monthly billing subscriptions.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share caller or client phone numbers, names, contact information, or SMS consent/opt-in records with any third party for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes, under any circumstance. We disclose this information only to the service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service (e.g., our telephony/SMS carrier, database host, and payment processor), each of whom is contractually bound to use it solely to perform their function for us and not for their own independent purposes. We do not otherwise sell or share this information with any third party.
